Clyde Slick, President
While a Senior Vice President and General Manager for L-3 Communications, Mr. Slick successfully managed an international business unit with annual gross revenues of over $600M annually. He provided leadership for an internationally dispersed organization comprised of 9000 linguists, analysts, and management teams, independent contractors and consultants throughout the Middle East, Southwest Asia and Africa. Additionally he supervised an in-place CONUS and OCONUS management infrastructure of 186 regional and site managers, 25 dedicated logistics personnel, and 66 support personnel managing human resources, payroll, communications, information technology, and legal operations overseas supporting administrative, budgetary, security, and logistical tasks. Previous to L-3 Communications he successfully managed international security services contracts with MVM, Inc. in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations throughout the Middle East and Africa. He also worked in wireless telecommunications with BCI Commcor, a subsidiary of Bell Canada Enterprises. As a Colonel in the United Stated Marine Corps Clyde Slick commanded 4 different organizations, was the director of two formal schools (Troop Training School LFTCP and Marine Corps Recruiter Training for the MCRC ), and held numerous senior staff positions in CONUS and OCONUS including combat and high threat locations worldwide. This culminated in 30 years of proven leadership and tested management skills while serving his country. Since retirement he has been immersed in government and commercial services contracting, leading organizations and business units as a Senior Director, Chief of Staff, Senior Vice President and General Manager. He has been involved in providing government and commercial client’s state of the art contract compliance, insuring timely and accurate deliverables, and quality assurance in the areas of profit & loss, budgets, human resources, administration, IT, logistics, training and security. These services were delivered both in CONUS and OCONUS including Southwest Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Miriam Cruz, Executive Vice President
A proven leader and manager with over 22 years in the US Army Active Duty, Ms. Cruz currently holds the rank of Colonel. She has distinguished herself in Command and Staff positions throughout her military career as a Medical Evacuation Aviator and a Civil Affairs Officer. She is a Service Disabled Veteran and Bronze Star Medal recipient of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She served in overseas and stateside US Major Commands (MACOM) and in Korea and the Middle East in positions such as Theater Program Director, Program Manager, Program Analyst, Management Analyst, Budget Analyst, and Contract Specialist. Ms. Cruz is a recipient of the Department of the Army’s Exceptional Civilian Service Award. She holds a MS in Aerospace Engineering and was a Reserve Component Distinguished Military Graduate (DMG) of the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC).
Adil Osman, Executive Vice President
A native of Sudan, Adil is a fluent Arabic speaker and writer in all of the Gulf regions dialects. Retiring after a long and successful career in the US Army as a Master Sergeant, he served in Operation Iraqi Freedom during which he received the Bronze Star for bravery during combat operations near Baghdad. Adil has an uncommon understanding of Middle Eastern cultures as well as his adopted culture as a US citizen. He is well liked by his partners and all of the employees as well as vast cohort of Iraqi and Afghan expats. Adil brings to KBMS many years of experience in managing large linguist programs as well as specialized teams of translators in many different languages.
Bill Frogale, Chief Financial Officer
Few organizations are lucky enough to have the government contracting experience and accounting savvy of Mr. Frogale, an MBA, who also has more than 25 years of telecommunications and IT experience. With a broad knowledge of the FARs and DFARs, he works smoothly with domestic agencies of the U.S. Government and DoD on contracts and contract management. His extensive experience in the telecom sector includes the sale and acquisition of telecom properties. He’s also served as finance director and CFO with several early stage companies, helping them to grow or be acquired. He’s also worked with large companies such as the Satellite Control Division of L-3 Communications in similar capacities. Clients can rely on his integrity, accuracy and ability to manage and control project costs.
Susan Stalick, Chief Operating Officer

Founder of two successful companies, Ms. Stalick brings a unique business perspective to her consulting engagements.
