For over 35 years, KBMS training development and delivery experts have been systematically using the most advanced and commonly accepted methodologies for developing training programs. The American Society for Training and Development’s ADDIE methodology best summarizes the approach we use today:
The focus of any training development/delivery project is to identify the skills and competencies required by the performer which are necessary to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives. To do this we systematically analyze both organizational and individual performance to determine the relationship between the two entities. When it makes sense, gaps in performance will be addressed with the delivery of training customized to the performers and their environment.
KBMS personnel have developed and delivered thousands of hours of training for both public and private organizations such as AT&T, GTE, U.S. Department of Education, Kraft Foods, the U.S. Navy and many more. Training has been designed for both classroom and individual delivery using a variety of technologies, including Adobe Captivate and TechSmith’s Camtasia Studio.
